The kit comes with everything you need and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have sensitive teeth, but this is not causing any more sensitivity. I simply wash my mouth out, apply the gel, insert the LED light and let it do its magic for 10 minutes per day. After using this for just 3 days, I noticed a huge improvement! There is no weird taste and it takes so little time out of my day. The only thing I struggle with is a little bit of slobber from holding the light in my mouth.
