After a short while of use, I have noticed a slight difference. As a new mom, I haven't used this product as consistent as I would like and yet I still notice results. You have to make sure your teeth are clean and dry when applying the product but other than that there is no real trick to any of it. There is a pen give. To precisely apply the whitener and then a light to fit into your mouth.I have yet to experience any sensitivity so I would say this product is a win!
