DailySmile Warranty Program

Your DailySmile Teeth Whitening Kit or other DailySmile Teeth Whitening Products that contain an LED Teeth Whitening Light device come with a FIVE (5) year warranty.

DailySmile warrants the LED Teeth Whitening Light device for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.

It DOES NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

during the warranty period, DailySmile will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge with free shipping.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.

To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt or order confirmation information together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. The barcode located on the box guarantees the authenticity of the device.

Product Returns and Replacement Policy

We have a 30-Days FREE return and FREE replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

OR, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or sent replacement to you 100% as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable or non-replaceable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns or replacements for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or replacement on heavy discounted items (discount > 50% of the orginial price) or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and get refunded or replacement, and once the return or replacement is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item for return, or wait for replacement to be arrived.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Replacement

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or replacement request if return product(s) is required, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days for return, or, your replacement product(s) will be ship to you at free of charge.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order and Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
