Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@dailysmile.io and mention your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
